I have a very close friend who is a conservative and she loves Robin Williams. She has loved him since Mork and Mindy. She disagrees with him politically but she still loves him and she has a lot of his movies. She still thinks he’s funny. We both are wondering why Robin has so many followers on facebook and twitter and be so unpopular. I checked his facebook and twitter pages to see how many followers he has a both pages. He has 4,670,706 or 4.6 million followers on facebook and only 874,696 or 875 K on twitter which means his followers on facebook outnumber his followers on twitter. I know there are many people who don’t think he’s funny but my friend thinks he’s funny and so do I.
Pam Dawber guest stars on The Crazy Ones tonight at 9:30 eastern time. Sorry, I haven’t heard if this show will be picked up for another season.
Robin likes to tell the story about Bono on stage during a U2 concert where he allegedly told the audience, “Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies.” Someone in the audience allegedly yelled back, “Stop clapping your hands.” I found this on snopes the other day and I found out it’s false. I know Robin is busy most of the time but I think he needs to look things up people send on before going on some talk show and spreading this stuff around. Because he’s a celebrity, most people are going to believe whatever he says.
Next Thursday Pam Dawber will guest star on The Crazy Ones. I’m really looking forward to this episode.
